Descripción: This was a rare treat I came upon by accident, a northbound Tropicana citrus train stopping to allow a southbound mixed freight to pass by. The only unusual thing about this is that the Tropicana train was on the mainline rather than the passing sidetrack, which the mixed freight was using to pass. Its possible the freight came to a stop later on down the siding to wait for yet another northboun...

Descripción: CSX D021-10 a work train with new rails turns around on the Hyattsville wye. In the opening scene it backs down the east leg of the wye down beyond the apex. The second scene shows the train now moving forward on the west leg of the wye. The new rail was to be unloaded on the Metropolitan Sub near Kensington. Lead engine is an old GP30 converted into a Road Slug with a GP40 mate.
