Descripción: In 1952 Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie appeared on a New York TV show to receive DownBeat Plaques from Earl Wilson and Leonard Feather and then play 'Hot House' with what appears to be the regular studio group of Dick Hyman piano,Sandy Block bass and Charlie Smith bass. This appears to be the only footage of Bird actually playing, and not miming.
